Design Metric was appointed to design and deliver the full interior for SK15 — a stylish new bar in the heart of Stalybridge. The brief: create a shabby-chic venue with a modern, urban twist. Rich textures, lush greenery, and standout lighting define this warm, inviting space that transitions effortlessly from day to night.

Scope of Works

• Interior Design & Concept

  A curated blend of velvet-textured fabrics, concrete-effect urban textiles, and preserved foliage creates a tactile, immersive setting. A layered lighting scheme with ample decadent feature lights brings warmth and atmosphere throughout.

• Fit-Out & Delivery

  • Bespoke bar and back-bar joinery

  • Wall panelling, decorative finishes & foliage integration

  • Velvet booths, cocktail chairs, and loose furniture

  • Decadent ambient and feature lighting throughout

  • Biophilic elements, including moss walls and hanging greenery

  • Full electrics, flooring, WC fit-out & FF&E install
