Bellrock
The Brief
Bellrock relocated into the full third floor of Central Tech on Russell Street, Liverpool, requiring a complete redesign and fit-out of the existing space. The brief focused on transforming a previously segmented layout into a high-performing, open-plan workplace aligned with Bellrock’s operational needs and brand identity.
The scope included demolition of existing partitions, creation of new enclosed spaces, and delivery of a modern, flexible office environment to support collaboration, focus, and leadership functions.
The Concept
The design introduced a balanced mix of open-plan workstations for approximately 40 staff, alongside purpose-built video call rooms, focus rooms, managerial offices, a boardroom, podcast room, and dedicated think-tank space.
Biophilic elements, acoustic treatments, and integrated branding were woven throughout the layout to enhance wellbeing, reduce noise, and reinforce Bellrock’s identity across the floor.
The Outcome
The completed fit-out delivers a cohesive, future-ready workspace that supports a wide range of working styles. Clear zoning, improved acoustics, and high-quality finishes create an environment that feels professional, calm, and adaptable.
Breakout areas, collaboration zones, and specialist rooms work together to support productivity, culture, and growth, resulting in a workplace tailored precisely to Bellrock’s needs.
