What services do you offer?
We offer end-to-end workplace design, office fit-out, interior refurbishment, FF&E sourcing, branding, signage and workplace consultancy. We can deliver the full package or support individual stages of your project.
How do you charge or cost a project?
Each project is unique, so we begin with a scoping consultation. From there, we prepare a budget estimate based on size, complexity, finishes, and site conditions. Once the brief is confirmed, we issue a fixed proposal with phased costs and options.
How long does a project take?
Project timelines depend on scale, design complexity, approvals, and procurement lead times. Smaller refurbishments can take weeks, while larger fit-outs may take months. We provide a clear programme with key milestones from the outset.
Can I see examples of your work?
Absolutely. You can browse our portfolio in the “Projects” section. We can also arrange site visits (subject to permission) or share relevant case studies for your sector.
What happens after the project is handed over?
We offer aftercare support, maintenance advice, periodic check-ins, and applicable warranties. If any issues arise post-handover, our team is ready to resolve them quickly.
Do you handle furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E)?
Yes — we can specify, source and manage the installation of furniture, lighting, flooring, acoustic panels, signage and other key interior elements, either as part of a full fit-out or as standalone services.
Where do you operate / deliver projects?
Our core operations are in the UK, particularly Liverpool, Manchester, London and surrounding regions. For larger or remote projects, we assess logistics on a case-by-case basis.
Can you work with existing contractors / consultants?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with clients’ existing teams (engineers, surveyors, M&E consultants) to coordinate smoothly. We prefer to lead the design and fit-out scope but remain flexible.
What if I have a tight budget or restricted scope?
We’ll work with you to explore phased solutions, simplified finishes, modular systems or alternative approaches that meet your budget while maintaining strong design quality.
How do you manage sustainability and wellness in your designs?
We integrate energy efficiency, air quality, biophilia, acoustics and ergonomics as standard. We can also support WELL or BREEAM certifications if required.
Can you advise on acoustic and lighting performance?
Yes — we provide acoustic consultancy, lighting studies, and daylight/glare simulations to ensure the finished space performs as well as it looks.
Would you be able to show me your methodology / process?
Of course. We follow a phased methodology: Discovery → Concept → Design Development → Documentation → Procurement → Construction → Handover → Aftercare. We guide you through every step clearly.
