Liverpool Health Partners
The Brief
Liverpool Health Partners needed an updated workplace that reflects a post-Covid hybrid way of working. The objective was to reduce the overall desk count, improve storage, and introduce a dedicated media space for video conferencing and presentations.
The new layout had to be practical, easy to use day-to-day, and capable of hosting plug-and-play meetings without setup friction for different team members and visitors.
The Concept
We introduced a video conferencing media zone built around an iiyama Pro display and a Yealink BYOD conferencing kit, allowing instant connection for calls and presentations. A new storage wall improved organisation and helped keep the open plan space clean and uncluttered.
To improve acoustic comfort and create privacy without heavy construction, the media area was enclosed with suspended acoustic PET panels—delivering separation, softness, and visual structure while maintaining light and openness.
The Outcome
The refreshed office now supports hybrid working with fewer desks, better storage, and a dedicated, professional media setting for meetings and client-facing calls. The BYOD setup makes the technology genuinely “walk up and use,” reducing friction and improving meeting quality.
Delivered in just four weeks, the result is a calmer, better-zoned workplace with improved functionality, acoustic comfort, and a clear upgrade in day-to-day usability.
