Liverpool Science Park
The Brief
Liverpool Science Park required a complete refresh of their 2,025 sq ft office to support the Operations and Marketing teams. The aim was to create a more functional, collaborative environment with improved storage, better workplace technology, and a stronger sense of identity.
The brief included a new kitchen (not previously available within the space), improved storage, upgraded furniture, and dedicated zones for presentations, video conferencing, focused work, and breakout.
The Concept
The concept focused on clear zoning and day to day usability. Hot desking and touchdown positions were supported with power and data connectivity, while a media suite area created a professional setting for presentations and video conferencing.
Soft breakout areas and bespoke curved seating were introduced to echo the form of the building and create comfortable informal spaces. A media map wall added visual impact and helped anchor the space as a workplace with a clear purpose and identity.
The Outcome
The finished space provides Liverpool Science Park with a practical workplace that supports focused work, collaboration, and client facing activity. The new kitchen and storage room improved daily functionality, while upgraded furniture and ergonomic seating raised overall comfort.
With defined presentation and media zones, better connectivity for hot desking, and a relaxed breakout area, the office now works effectively for both the Operations and Marketing teams.
